And how do we meet Him, today? The parish of the Holy Family has been running talks during Lent to have a fresh look at the core message of Christianity and four very good speakers have sparked plenty of lively discussion in a CaFE style atmosphere. All the local churches had been invited to come and bring a friend or family member.As well as a full parish hall, other benefits are emerging. People have been talking about their faith to others and some good ecumenical friendships are building. Enquiring and already committed Christians have been very encouraged, refreshed and re-affirmed in their belief and the parish is hoping that feedback will suggest ways forward to continue the initiative. And, yes, Jesus is with us, today.
