On a cold and damp Friday evening in May a group of parishioners from Exmouth, Budleigh, Sidmouth & even Essex met in Sidmouth for the first of a series of ‘training walks’ before the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela in August 2016. Much fun was had by all and the Sidmouth parishioners made everyone most welcome in the parish hall afterwards for a delicious shared supper. The next walk will be along the Exe Estuary to Lympstone, followed by a suitable pilgrims lunch in one of the pilgrim’s gardens!
