The Annual General Meeting of the Plymouth Diocese of the Union of Catholic Mothers took place on Monday 11th June 2018. It started with a celebration of mass in the Holy Ghost church during which 2 new members from the Plymouth foundation were enrolled and Father Phillip blessed our new banner (see separate article).
Two members were also awarded certificates to mark long membership (see separate article).
We all then adjourned to the church hall for a buffet lunch. The business part of the meeting, chaired by our Diocesan President Diana Norman, started at 2 o’clock.
The meeting ended with us all enjoying a chat with friends from the diocese over tea and cakes.
