The last Union of Catholic Mother’s meeting of 2018 was a great celebration. We were joined by some of the Sisters of the Holy Family and Father Robin led Advent Reflections.
The short service was divided into three parts to 
correspond to three questions (Who is coming? When is he coming? How is he coming?) Interspersed with hymns, prayers and the lighting of the Advent Wreath Candles, the service gave insight into the 
historical context of the Jewish anticipation of a Messiah and led us to consider how we ourselves would design a church to show that we are still eagerly awaiting Christ.
The meeting ended with tea and cakes and lively 
conversation.
